Shipping & Delivery Terms

• All items are shipped via freight only within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
• Free Shipping :Free for most commercial addresses. Extra fees apply to residential address and areas with no regular carrier service or limited-access routes.
• Additional Charges: Carriers will charge extra for lift gate service, residential deliveries or farmland and other restricted areas.
• Unloading Rules :Buyer is solely responsible for unloading. A forklift or equivalent equipment is required. If unavailable, please notify us in advance to arrange lift gate service, it will need extra fees for lift gave service.  
• Checkout Requirements: Provide your business name, contact person and phone number at checkout. Orders cannot ship without this information. And please provide a backup phone number in the remarks, and note if it is a commercial or residential address.
• Re-delivery & Storage Fees: Buyer covers all re-delivery (e.g., missed deliveries) and storage charges.
• Damage Inspection: Inspect items for visible/concealed damages upon delivery. Note any damages, shortages or discrepancies on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery Receipt at the time of delivery, and take pictures for us.  Failure to do so equals acceptance of goods in good condition.
• Terminal Pickup Option: If picking up from a trucking terminal, terminal staff can assist with loading items onto your trailer or truck. For terminal location inquiries or custom shipping quotes, please contact us via phone or email.
